Change is a constant active factor in life, particularly for Light Workers. Conscious evolution is built directly on forming and changing concepts and self beliefs. Change can be a major catalyst or result in our evolution and raising our 'energy.' Either way, the need for self-analysis and change is one that every Light Worker must accept and ultimately love.
As we clear the obstacles and blocks from our energetic system, we are constantly deciding, "Do I keep this truth for myself?" As we clear, we learn aspects and behaviours we don't like about ourselves, and we release those to change our actions. Maybe we discover that the job or career doesn't truly reflect the person we are inside, so we allow the Universe to guide us to something better. Or perhaps we have to face the harshest change when we realize and accept that the people in our lives do not bring out the best in our actions or emotions.
All Light Workers will constantly have to acknowledge and challenge the many aspects of life. In pursuit of true happiness and contentment, change is a positive force that we should easily utilize rather than avoid. The truth is—the more we avoid the need for change, the more stagnant life becomes. Stagnation in ourselves and our world leads to depression, apathy, and discontentment.
To make 'change' a little easier in your life, begin identifying any little things that aren't adding to your contentment. Look at 'change' as a process rather than an 'event.' As you work at releasing the smaller things, you are already adjusting to handle the bigger issues. Take your time and go one step at a time until you are comfortable and hopefully inspired by the freedom of change. Because it truly will set you free. The process of change takes time and accounts for your natural adjustment time. When we view change as a process with a beginning and an end, our minds and hearts have time and space to allow for movement rather than panicking at a single event. Change is natural for humans; holding space is not. That's why any attempts to get comfortable with change will have a positive effect on your system. Like all things, allowing change takes practice.
