Anxiety - Friend or Foe?

If there is one consistent ‘feeling’ that transitioned itself to a sate of being is anxiety. Regardless of spiritual consciousness, anxiety is hitting everyone at varying degrees. But what is anxiety?? Why are we saturated with it? Is it always a ‘bad’ thing? Does it ever go away? So many questions, which can in fact, be answered!
Anxiety: What is it - from the spiritual perspective?
Consider it to be your Soul’s first level warning system. When you find something is 'off' at the Soul level (wrong job, wrong spouse, wrong city), you feel it in your belly (solar plexus). At the most basic level your ego immediately starts to analyze the information. “Oh! Something is happening! Do I stay or run?” If there is little conscious awareness, the person will continue to feel the discomfort. They can choose to ignore it and create a ‘delusion’ around it or face it head on.
Why are we saturated in Anxiety?
Right now, more than ever anxiety is increasing because there is much more psychic static (things we feel but may not see). As angels and spiritual guides descend people will begin to feelor hear their messages. If you are not psychically trained, it will feel like anxiety because your body will register the message and signal your mind ‘something is happening’. When we begin to connect spiritually through prayer or meditation, we quickly learn that both love and fear give off signals and specific guides will respond to those signals. Because we are facing a spiritual awakening, more angels and guides are bringing messages to help transition people through the shifts. That mixed with the increased amounts of emotional fear have anxiety fueling from both angles.

Is anxiety always a warning of dread?
Absolutely not! Sometimes it’s a simple signal to get you to pay attention. Or to let you know something important is about to happen. In most cases, anxiety is your Soul trying to get your attention and the lack of internal recognition causes the panic. People then drop to fear trying to ‘figure out’ what is happening without stopping to connect intuitively. When you take the time to connect within, you will come to understand the triggers of your anxiety. What might at first register as a negative, may turn positive once you understand the message your soul is trying to
express.
Does anxiety ever go away?
Yes! I can speak from experience! I spent over a decade trying to cope with anxiety attacks. I tried everything from mediation to medication with little relief. Nothing seemed to work, until I began connecting to the angels through automatic writing. Once I established a connection with the higher realms and then my own Soul, the anxiety quickly dissipated. At first, I would still feel the anxiety. Yet the moment I could identify what my Soul was saying, it vanished and was replaced with greater awareness. The more conscious you are of yourself, your feelings, and your purpose, the less anxiety you will feel because you will no longer require a warning. When we learn to live fully in the present, we are aware of what is happening at all times (therefore the ‘anxious’ reaction ceases to exist).
If I do happen to feel anxiety, I immediately begin analyzing what I am missing around me. As soon as I can identify the missed message, the anxiety clears and is replaced with personal power and confidence.
So the next time you feel anxious, take a deep breath and ask yourself “what am I missing rightnow?” or automatically write to the angels until one of the answers releases the anxiety.
