4 Ways to Balance the Spiritual Body Daily

During both intuitive readings and counselling sessions, I often explain the four aspects of the human energy system. These include the Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, and Physical aspects. When there is an equal flow of energy and use of each aspect (or sphere), a person feels better and functions at a higher capacity. Ensuring that all four are working together is a constant balancing act. With so much going on in life, it can be difficult to make this a conscious priority. Below are four simple things I do daily (or close to daily) to help balance my energy.


For the Spiritual and Emotional spheres:
  1. Conscious Breathing Meditation—this allows me to decompress from the pressures of the day and reconnect to myself and the universe. (see previous blog for quick 'how to.')
  2. Drink lemon-infused water—this detoxes the liver and helps balance some darker emotions. In my case, I use it to balance out feelings of anger and frustration.


For the Mental and Physical spheres:
  1. Exercise—whether running, going to the gym, or walking in nature—I ensure this is a priority to release mental stress and energetic debris. Plus, it keeps my body feeling and looking good.

  2. Taking Vitamin Supplements—Although I eat pretty healthy, this ensures that I get enough of whatever vitamins and minerals my body needs to function at its best.


Although there are a great number of things that balance energy, having time is always an issue. I have made the above a priority because they require little time and are cost-effective. So, no matter how crazy things get, I work hard to give myself the gift of at least 30 minutes of personal care.
